Healthier Hash Browns

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 potatoes shredded
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 med onion shredded
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste
  • Chili powder

Soak shredded potatoes for 20-30 minutes in lemon juice. Drain potatoes and rinse well, add onions, olive oil, and sea salt. Dehydrate 4-5 hours or until crispy but chewable. Sprinkle with chili powder serve warm.
