Day 1 – Eat all the organic raw fruits and veggies that you naturally attract to all day long.*  Drink a minimal of ¾ your body weight in ounces of distilled water.**

Day 2 – Eat all the organic raw fruits ONLY that you naturally like and attract to all day long.  Drink a minimal of ¾ your body weight in ounces of distilled water.

Day 3 – Fast all day long – no food – nothing will go into your mouth this day except distilled water – Drink a minimal of ¾ your body weight in ounces of distilled water.  Drink 1 -2 gallons if possible. 

Day 4 – Eat all the organic raw fruits ONLY that you naturally attract to all day long. Drink a minimal of ¾ your body weight in ounces of distilled water.

Day 5 – Eat all the organic raw fruits and veggies you naturally attract to all day long.  Drink a minimal of ¾ your body weight in ounces of distilled water.

Day 6 – Return back to your healthy lifestyle.  Add as many fruits and veggies as possible.  Drink alkaline water at least ¾ of your body weight.  Make one change to improve your lifestyle each time you do this 5 day fast.

YOU CAN DO IT!

* If you cannot afford organic produce eat conventional, but remember that organic foods are optimal.  Eat raw fruits and veggies intuitively letting your body direct you to the fruits and veggies it wants.  Eat all that you like within the fruit and vegetable kingdom.  You will not be cooking anything only raw uncooked fruits and veggies on this plan.

** Water – you should be drinking at least ¾ of your body weight in ounces.  This is a minimum.  Example:  if you weigh 200 pounds then you should be drinking at least 150 ounces.  This is your body weight X .75 = ounces you should drink. (200 X .75 = 150 ounces)

When you complete this fast you will feel amazing.  You will detox, so you may not feel as good as you would like the first couple days.  Hang in there because the results are worth it.
