Seven Layer Salad


Blend in blender – 1 cup of pine nuts, ½ cup slivered almonds ½ - 1 cup of water. ¼ cup of red pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of brown rice miso, 2 Tbls of Noma Shoya Sauce and teaspoon of taco seasoning. Add enough water till you get a consistency to pour over lettuce the mixture.

Top mixture with tomatoes, onions, black olives shredded lettuce and red pepper. Drizzle with Paul Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing.
